West Nowra Rural Fire Station

⁠⁠⁠The works under this Contract consist of construction of a new five bay rural fire station at Albatross Road, South Nowra. Electrical submain is by others as the existing site service has been deemed inadequate and a future Endeavour Energy Pad Mount is proposed.

The scope of work under the Contract shall be for all works as described in the Contract Documents that is necessary to provide works that are suitable for the intended purpose, and includes, but is not limited to the following:
* Clearing, excavation, filling for building and external civil works.
* Building construction including all fittings and services.
* External services for water, gas and sewer.
* Conduit from DB1 to 2 m from building perimeter for submain by others.

Attend upon and coordinate the Safe Work Access System for maintenance of roof areas and equipment that will be provided by the Principal. Safe work access to all areas for construction shall be provided by the contractor.

The Contractor shall allow for all other work not listed separately but necessary to fulfil the scope and true intent of the Contract documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to supply all labour, plant, materials and services necessary to provide works that are suitable for their intended purpose.
