Request for Quotation for Supply and Installation of LED Rope Festoon Lights along Fox Street in Walgett Town

⁠⁠⁠Walgett Shire Council (Council) is a local government providing services to the towns of Walgett, Lightning Ridge and Collarenebri, villages including Carinda, Cumborah, Rowena and Burren Junction, and the surrounding rural areas.

Council’s Engineering Department manages roads and paths (sealed and unsealed), aerodromes, water supply, wastewater disposal, stormwater/flooding control structures, solid waste collection and landfills, gravel pits, buildings, swimming pools, cemeteries, urban streetscape, parks and sporting fields, plant and vehicles, radio communicationfacilities and reserves.

Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to:

1.Supply and install LED rope lighting in Fox Street in Walgett Town to replace the existing festoon lights in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering contained in this document, or

2.Supply and install an alternate solution for festive lighting in Fox Street in Walgett Town, possibly involving solar powered lightin
