Quotations for Supply and Delivery of Tractor Fleet TC14 and Slasher

⁠⁠⁠INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRACTOR FLEET TC14 AND SLASHER TA08, TRADE-IN OR INDEPENDENT OFFERS TO PURCHASE OLD FLEET ITEMS

Wakool Shire Council invites Quotations for the supply and delivery of the following vehicles and equipment.

Quoters for supply of the new fleet items are invited to submit trade-in offers for the old items. The offers to purchase the old fleet items are also open to anyone interested.

1. SUPPLY TRACTOR (1No.) – (FLEET No. TC14)
2. TRADE-IN/OFFER TO PURCHASE FLEET No. TC14(Barham)
3. SUPPLY SLASHERS (1No.) – (FLEET No. TA08)
4. TRADE-IN/INVITATIONS FOR OFFER TO PURCHASE FLEET No. TA08(BARHAM)

QUOTATION DOCUMENTS AND TENDER ENQUIRIES:

Technical queries and inquiries regarding the old fleet items will be directed to Peter Troop, Council’s Workshop and Fleet Manager on P: 03 5887 5397, F: 03 5887 5103 M: 0429 346 141 or by email at mail@wakool.nsw.gov.au.

Inspections for old fleet items available for trade-in/purchase by tender will be conducted by Peter Troop at Wakool Shire Council’s Depot in Barham on 7 December 2015 between 9.00am and 12.00noon. Only one session is arranged.

The successful Quotation will be chosen from the supplier who meets the selection criterion specified in the Tender Documents.

Quotations should be submitted by Thursday 17 December 2015 at 10:00am

Quotations may be lodged by hand or by post to The General Manager, Wakool Shire Council, Private Bag 40 Moulamein NSW 2733.

Quotations submitted by facsimile to 03 5887 5103 will be accepted.
