High Level Briefing Note for the ICN Portal – PHASE II: Electrical, Mechanical Fabrication and Installation
There is a requirement for the Phase II of the development of a Drilling Fluids Facility located in Adelaide, Australia. Phase II includes the fabrication and installation of equipment, piping, structures and electrical as described below.
Mechanical fabrication and installation consist of:
* Big Bag Hoppers
* Mud Strainers
* Manifolds
* In-Line Dry Bulk Filter
Structural fabrication and installation consist of:
* Platforms
* Tank Upper Walkways
* Crossovers
* Pipe Supports
* Containment Pans
* Roof Only Cuttings Shed (design, manufacture and install)
Installation of owner provided equipment includes:
* Pumps
* Oil Water Separator
* 500 BBL Mixing Tanks
* 1000 BBL Storage Tanks
* Air Compressor and Receiver Tank
* Cutting Bottle
* Dry Bulk Tanks and Scales
* Dust Collector
* Base Oil Storage Tanks
Electrical consist of:
* MCC Building Design, Fabrication, and Delivery
* Procurement and Installation of MCC Building Electrical Switchgear
* Above Ground and Underground Electrical Grounding
* Procurement and Installation of USB and ESD System
* Procurement and Installation of Power Distribution Boards, Cables, Glands, Cable Trays, Tray Supports, Conduit, Etc…
* Procurement and Installation of Lighting Cables, Glands, Fixtures, Etc…
* Removal of Existing Electrical System in Mixing Building
* Transformer Installation
* Harmonic Content Analyzation
