Australian Stockmans Hall of Fame New Arena and Homestead Building Expressions of Interest Registered Commercial Builders
Registered Commercial builders are hereby invited to express their interest in tendering for the above project. The project will involve the erection and completion of a new 3,450 sq m Arena shade structure, 400 sq m 'Homestead' facilities building and associated works at the Australian Stockmans Hall of Fame at Longreach.
Also, subcontractors interested in becoming nominated subcontractors for the design, supply and erection of the arena shade structure may also express interest. In the first instance, suitably qualified contractors should submit their contact details to the architects, ThomsonAdsett of Rockhampton.
A copy of schematic drawings for the project will be sent to respondents, with a schedule of assessment criteria for the Expression of Interest process. Expressions of interest will close on Monday 23 November 2015. From the expressions received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender.
