NSW Trains is seeking responses to this request for the provision of External Agency Ticket Sales Services for NSW Trains WS220089 (the RFP) from organisations or independent business who have a demonstrative ability to meet the requirements detailed in this RFP (Services) across regional NSW and interstate.
NSW Trains requires a network of “shopfront” independent businesses or an organisation with a number of “shopfront” outlets to act as sales agencies for NSW TrainLink products and services, in particular NSW TrainLink ticket sales services.
Objective of tender:
* Identify and engage an efficient sales network;
* Ensure the business profiles of Tenderers are current and relevant to NSW TrainLink business and legal requirements;
* Undertake the majority of transactions online;
* Identify and develop collaborative business opportunities;
* Ensure NSW TrainLink customers have convenient and timely access to NSW TrainLink ticket sales services.
