Tender Description
Shellharbour City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in an Expression of Interest process for the Design and Construct with Operating Term for the Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) processing facility at Dunmore Resource Recovery Centre, Buckleys Road, Dunmore.
The purpose of this Request is to identify and shortlist applicants to participate in a selective tender process for the engagement of a contractor.
EOIs should provide sufficient information to enable Council to select a competent and competitive shortlist of applicants to submit formal tenders for the Project.
