For the Provision of 2016 Statutory Valuation Services for the Tasman Municipal Area

⁠⁠⁠2016 Fresh Valuations for about 3,600 properties.
Complete the Fresh Valuations as at 1 July 2016 for three valuation bases - Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value. Prepare correspondence and reports arising from objections and queries and (if required) proofs of evidence for Court related actions. Undertake statistical analysis, property reviews, investigations and inspections. Prepare and submit project plans, documentation and regular reports.

2016 Supplementary Valuations
Option to undertake Supplementary Valuations (Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value) to 31 January 2017 based on a fixed rate schedule of fees, as well as correspondence and reports. May require preparation of proofs of evidence for Court related actions.
