⁠⁠⁠2016 Fresh Valuations
Complete the Fresh Valuations for the Municipal Area as at 1 July 2016 for three valuation bases - Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value including statistical analysis, reviews, investigations and inspections. Prepare correspondence and reports arising from objections and queries to a property owner's Fresh Valuation (and if required) proofs of evidence for Court related actions. Prepare and submit project plans, documentation and regular reports

2016 Supplementary Valuations
Option to undertake Supplementary Valuations for the Municipal Area (Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value) on and from the Agreement Date to 31 January 2017 based on a fixed rate schedule of fees, as well as correspondence and reports arising from a property owner's objection and/or queries. As required, prepare proofs of evidence for Court related actions.
