Contract for Auckland City Rail Link Enabling Work - Britomart Mechanical Services

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works broadly includes:
* Diversion of mechanical services to enable the CPO building to be safely isolated and reinstated at the end of the works;
* Demolition of existing mechanical services not required for station operation;

* Maintaining existing station west mechanical services served from the CPO north and south risers that are impacted by the isolation of the CPO building (relocation/diversion of existing);

* Maintaining existing station mechanical services on B2 platform and B1 concourse level supplied from the main switch rooms (relocation/diversion of existing) or required for station operation;

* Staging the mechanical services works to allow for the temporary and permanent works;
* New mechanical services to the temporary accommodation facilities (and ancillary structures);
* New mechanical services to suit the permanent works;
* Provision of system resilience (A+B supplies) where required;
* Isolation and decommissioning of mechanical services to the temporary accommodation facilities;
* Integration of any new, relocated or diverted mechanical services into the existing station east systems i.e. SCADA, comms systems;
* Design and installation of all seismic restraints to comply with NZS 4219;
* Testing and commissioning of temporary and permanent works (sectional and final);
* Incorporation of any Value Engineering initiatives required by AT;
* Operating & maintenance manuals (temporary and permanent);
* Warranties on all works and materials;
* Working/shop/as-built drawings and documentation.

* The scope of the works does not include other services (electrical and comms, SCADA, plumbing, fire detection/suppression etc) though interfaces with these services will be required
