Licence to use the Collinsville Community Kitchen Centre

⁠⁠⁠500.2015.0059 - An opportunity exists for an interested party to be granted a license to operate catering activities on a regular basis in the kitchen facility within the Collinsville Community Centre, situated at 11 Conway Street Collinsville, Queensland. The license will apply to the area marked yellow in the two diagrams below.

Council is unable to offer exclusive use of the facility, but it is envisaged by Council that such a license agreement will
i) Be granted either to a commercial entity or a not-for-profit organisation;
ii) Generate significant income to Council to offset the current operating costs of the facility;
iii) Demonstrate a contribution to the social wellbeing of the Collinsville community;
iv) Provide employment opportunity; and
v) Accommodate the needs of a small number of community organisations which require use of the facility from time to time.

Respondents should indicate how their proposal would satisfy these requirements.
