Tender Description
The work under the Contract consists of the Bituminous Surfacing (Microsurfacing) and Pavement Marking of various roads in the Northern, Central and Southern areas of South Australia as shown in Appendix 1 “Work Summary”.
The Work Summary has been categorised into Defined and Provisional work. Provisional Work is work undertaken at the sole discretion of the Superintendent, who will provide written notification to the Contractor if this work is required.
During the course of the work, the Contractor shall not leave the site to undertake work outside this contract without the approval of the Superintendent.
