Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders to engage a Contractor to upsize an existing drainage line running on an easement through private property using pipe bursting technology. There are two sections of pipe that form the existing drain:
* Section 1: Second Ave to Rossmoyne Drive – existing 225mm reinforced concrete pipe 100m long with one access chamber approximately mid-way between the two streets
* Section 2: Rossmoyne Drive to Riverton Drive – existing 300mm reinforced concrete pipe 53m long and existing 225mm reinforced concrete approximately 40m long with one access chamber at the change in pipe size
The intermediate access chambers are to be abandoned and the new pipe will be continuous between streets.
Site Inspection:
Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
Tenderers are required to attend a Site Inspection, for the purpose of inspecting the site and to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Tender Deadline. The meeting details are as follows:
