AFC Lighting Control Desk Dunstan Playhouse

⁠⁠⁠000003 - The Adelaide Festival Centre was Australia’s first multi-purpose arts centre, built between 1970 - 1973 and is one of Australia’s most active theatrical producers, presenting a wide range of arts activities and performances for the local community as well as interstate and international visitors. The Adelaide Festival Centre Trust (AFCT) is responsible for the technical management of the Theatres within the Adelaide Festival Centre. As part of the larger Adelaide Festival Centre Precinct Project, $11.122 million has been granted to Arts SA for the procurement of technical equipment at The Adelaide Festival Theatre (Festival Theatre), the Dunstan Playhouse (the Playhouse) and the Space Theatre (the Space).

In order to meet the requests of local and international clients the Adelaide Festival Centre is looking to purchase a larger capacity Lighting desk with more capabilities. The ETC Eos control desk including a matching backup (RPU) system suit this requirement. The ETC Eos is Industry Standard and the preferred desks for local and international lighting operators. These desks will allow the Adelaide Festival Centre to keep ahead of the increasing channel requirements for larger automated moving lights.
