Builders are invited to register their interest in being placed on a tender list for the construction of Educational facilities for Silkwood School in Nerang, QLD The project involves the construction of the following:
A two storey concrete & steel framed building comprising classrooms, offices, specialist teaching spaces, associated site works and services.
Construction of on site parking areas and associated site works. Connection of the site to town water & sewer external to the site.
Construction of an unmade road (Cladiara) and its intersection with Clagiraba Rd. Upgrade of Clagiraba Road & Nerang/Murwillumbah Road Prospective tenderers are to provide details of recent projects together with references and trade and banking details as well as registration with DTMR to carry out the road and services work outside the school site.
