Tender Description
TD22-16005-01 - Tenders are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing Radio Hire Services as required for the 2016 Clipsal 500 Adelaide and continuing until the 2017 Event, subject to satisfactory performance.
The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following as detailed in the Radio Hire Request for Tender document:
* Supply, installation and management and removal of a Commercial Digital Trunked Two-Way Radio System including all associated infrastructure, hardware and approvals required;
* Supply, installation and maintenance of associated radio hardware, batteries, accessories and charging devices which meet specific technical criteria;
* Distribution of radio hardware and accessories to relevant site personnel and facilities;
* Testing, commissioning and removal of radio system; and
* Provision of suitably qualified technicians to install, maintain and provide network support as required for the Event.
