Tender Description
The State of Queensland through Queensland Health and Health Support Queensland (HSQ) (ABN 66 329 169 412) is undertaking the Fit Out to Levels 4 & 5 of 41 O’Connell Terrace Project.
Health Support Queensland is tendering the construction and fit out services for the new lease premises located at 41 O’Connell Terrace, Bowen Hills.The scope of the proposed contract works includes furniture, ICT cabling infrastructure, power, data, lighting, security, partitions (walls and doors), common area equipment, and associated joinery.
All tenderers must be Prequalification (PQC) Level 2 or higher, with a mandatory minimum turnover contract value of $5,000,000.
