Tenders shall be submitted using the standard tender forms and in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions contained in the tender document. The documents which include general tender information can be viewed and downloaded from www.melvillecity.com.au/tenders.

Tender documents are also available in hard copy format from the Customer Service and Information Counter on the ground floor at the City of Melville Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Tenders shall be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, endorsed with the appropriate tender number and deposited in the tender box situated in the Foyer of the Civic Centre on the Ground Floor at or before 4.00pm Thursday, 19 November 2015. No late tenders accepted. All or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Canvassing of City of Melville Elected Members, staff or any member of the Evaluation Panel will disqualify.
