Tender Description
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
1. Marine Transport Services consisting of flat deck submersible vessel. Vessels must be capable of safe and reliable ocean marine transportation from Henderson, WA to Port of Ashburton.
2. Minimum DWT 10,000. Minimum open deck 83 X 28M – heavy deck only
3. Carrier responsible for all equipment, labor, consumables, agency services, permits, permissions and certifications to allow towage/voyage in compliance with Australian Maritime law and guidelines as well as project OVID compliance.
4. Carrier will be responsible for support engineering services and providing calculations to clients vessel modelling and evaluation processes (for wave/motion studies as well as deflection and grillage calculations)
5. Scope is full, lump sum, turn-key marine transport, not vessel charter. Therefore carrier must have project management experience and staff to support operations.
6. Contract/Agreement conditions are not industry standard and carrier flexibility is expected.
