RFI 2015/28825 UNSW Request for Information.
IT Services Management Solution - Self Service Project.
Introduction: The Information Technology Department (ITS) at the University of New South Wales is creating a business case to evaluate and determine the direction of an Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) solution. The solution will be used throughout UNSW by IT and non IT staff for the various domains and capabilities described below.
The ITSM solution will be used (at a high level) for:
* Service Management
* Project/Program Management
* Business Relationship Management
* Configuration/Asset Management
* Process Management
* Reporting and KPIs within/across all of the domains
This RFI is issued by UNSW to provide UNSW IT with market information from Suppliers who have the capability to supply ITSM solution as defined in the Statement of Requirements of this RFI.
Closing Date & Time: The RFI closes at 10.00 am (Sydney time) on Friday 13 November 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR UPLOAD.
UNSW is not bound to accept all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the RFI as outlined in this document.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
