Tender Description
St Philomena School Invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Builders for the next stage of construction works at their P-12 school in Park Ridge, Logan, QLD. The proposed works involve the construction of a new 330m2 classroom building and associated site works.
Tender will be invited in mid-November 2015 for construction commencing in early-January 2016. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
