Tender Description
The works include but are not limited to:
* Removal and replacement of perimeter doors and install of new SCEC (Security Construction and Equipment Committee) endorsed locking hardware.
* Existing eaves/fascia to be removed and replaced with new panels.
* Reseal of windows with structural silicon and the installation of new SCEC endorsed locks.
* Securing of roof with tamper evident security fixings including skylights and services.
* Construction of new internal doors limiting authorised personnel movement into and through the corridors.
