Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced legal service providers to act as Council’s Legal Adviser for the Ashfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment Project.
The Legal Adviser will be required to assist in the preparation and review of contract documentation, provide specialist legal advice as required; and to act on behalf of the Council in any project related disputes or legal proceedings as required should they arise.
The Legal Adviser must have the appropriate qualifications and extensive experience in construction law matters, including mediation, arbitration and litigation.
