The main scope of works include the:

Demolition of existing concrete ticket booth;
Construction of a new amenity and caretaker’s storage building consisting of an accessible toilet, plant room and caretakers storage with a green roof;
Demolition of the existing red brick amenities building following construction of the new building;
Demolition of concrete pump house;
Landscaping works.

The lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Faxed, emailed or verbal Tenders will not be considered.
