Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from interested parties for the purchase of surplus Council materials, that being the seriously deteriorated Ellis Beach Pedestrian Bridge #3.
Description of the location and extent of works for Contract 2514 are provided in the General Conditions of Contract, the Additional Information Section and the Special Conditions of Contract section of the tender documents.
The tender closes at 4.30pm AEST on 19 November 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced submission or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
