Tender Description
The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to coordinate, administer and supervise the City of Belmont’s Annual Art and Photographic Exhibition to be held at the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre as detailed in the attached specification.
The contract period is for one (1) year commencing 1 February 2016 with the option of a one (1) year extension at the sole discretion of the Principal.
A price adjustment based on the annual CPI (All Groups Perth) to the December quarter preceding the contract extension date will be applied to any extension term.
Quotations in accordance with the quotation documentation shall be shall be lodged in the Tender Box situated in the Civic Centre of the City of Belmont, 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale before the closing time.
Quotation Closing Time: Tuesday, 10 November, 2015, at 2pm (WST)
