The Department of Commerce is seeking a suitably qualified service for the supply of an Online Occupational Licensing Solution that meet the Department's business requirements. The Solution can be delivered either as:

i) Cloud-based Platform as a Service (Paas) - externally hosted in the cloud, accessed by users via the Department's web browser and fully managed by the Department;

ii) Software as a Service (SaaS) - externally hosted in the cloud and fully managed by the successful Respondent; and/or

iii) On-Premise Software (OnPrem) - internally hosted and fully managed by the Department.
