Tenders are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and licensed building contractors for the construction of a new hardware store in Charlotte Street, Cooktown.
The contract includes the following works:
* Steel framed and steel clad building (1, 930 m sq) with a span of 30 m.
* 658 m sq air conditioned retail area within the steel framed building
* Masonry block office/admin/ablutions building (167 m sq)
* Concrete pavements 3, 400 m sq
* Masonry retaining walls, 208 m long with heights ranging up to 4 m
* Electrical works
* Fencing
* Landscaping
