Tender Description
Fremantle Port are offering a lease of the property known as Lot R43A Sultan Way located on the corner of Sultan Way and Port Beach Road in the Rous Head Industrial area of North Fremantle. The office/workshop development is being offered for port related activities.
The final lease term to be offered is a term of 5 years with 2 x 5 year options thereafter. The options will contain a Port Redevelopment Clause which will be discussed further in this document.
