Tender Description
16014 - Council is inviting tenders for the lease of land and construction of a Truck Stop facility at the Saleyards Precinct, in Roma Queensland.
As a first step, the successful tenderer will be asked to enter into an “Agreement for Lease” which will condition the tenderer to construct and operate a manned 24/7 vehicle refuelling station and amenities on the site.
The commencement of the subsequent Lease will follow the period of construction.
