Request for Expressions of Interest For A Design Architect and Head Design Consultant

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this open EOI is for the Department of Education to short-list suitable respondents that will be invited to tender for the design of the school. The successful design team will be engaged as part of a two stage process which will include a tender period and a design competition. This Request for Expressions of Interest is open to all interested local and international applicants who meet the project criteria required. All international applicants are expected to have a local presence/office in Sydney for the purposes of working with the Department and the rest of the project team.

The following documents have been attached as additional information for the Respondents to be aware of as part of this EOI. The successful team from the procurement process will be expected to sign up to the conditions addressed in these attachments.
* PART B - Statement of Requirements - Attachment “A” - Services and Deliverables.
* PART D - Conditions of Agreement.

By responding to this EOI it is expected that Respondents will have read, understood and agree to the information set out in the ‘Services and Deliverables’ and the ‘Conditions of Agreement’. The contract will be between the Department of Education and the primary respondent as Head Design Consultant (HDC). All other members of the consortium will be subcontracted to the HDC.

Subject to project requirements the Head Design Consultant will be engaged for 3 years approximately. Project to be delivered by April 2019.
