EOI for Conditional Purchase of Development Site at 296-314 Burns Bay Road Lane Cove NSW

⁠⁠⁠Lane Cove Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and resourced developers, builders or other client parties that can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering residential projects incorporating long day child care in a Local Government environment.

Three (3) sites will comprise the development site with a combined site area of approximately 4,350 m2. The development site is bounded by Burns Bay Road to the west and north and Waterview Drive, Lane Cove West and is suitable for high density residential development.

Council is offering its development site through a selective tender process, subject to a number of conditions.

Responses to this EOI must be lodged with Lane Cove no later than 4.00 pm on Wednesday 18 November 2015.

Following assessment of the EOI submissions a shortlist of Respondents will be selected to participate in a formal Tender.

The Expression of Interest is the first stage in the selective tender process in accordance with of the Local Government Act (NSW) 1993.
