Queanbeyan City Council is seeking to engage a contractor to construct its CBD Improvements Stage 2 which are centred at Queen Elizabeth Park and along Collett Street between Morisset Street and Monaro Street. Interested parties are required to register via the website www.tenderlink.com/qcc to download the documents at no charge. Contract enquiries should be directed to Michael Damo via the online forum accessed on the portal.

A compulsory site inspection and briefing meeting will be held on 11:00am Thursday 29 October 2015 at Queen Elizabeth Park on the corner of Collett Street and Morisset Street, Queanbeyan.

Completed submission should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box (See electronic tender box option below - preferred) by the time and date nominated. All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document.

Expressions of Interest that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Expressions of Interest AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Alternatively, responses can be submitted in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, contract number and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located at Queanbeyan City Council, 256 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620, by the nominated time.
