Tender Description
The Shire of Wiluna (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to undertake unsealed road maintenance grading activities and (if requested) minor civil works.
Tender No RFT WU 2015-06 Unsealed Road Maintenance Grading and (If requested) Minor Works - Central Package
Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specifications are invited to apply. The contract will be in tne form of a Principal administered Minor Works contract utilising A S4902-2002 with work undertaken on a schedule of rates basis under the supervision and direction of the Shire.
All requests for tender documents and further information is to be in writing and may be obtained by contacting Bruce Lorimer of Core Business Australia via email to tenders@corebusiness.net.au from 10:00am WST, Monday, October 19 2015.
To be considered, tenders must be received prior to the tender deadline, contained in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name and lodged in the Shire’s tender box situated at the Shire of Wiluna’s Administration, Scotia Street. Wiluna WA 6646 or lodged electronically to tenders@wiluna.wa.gov.au.
Late Tenders will not be accepted. Facsimiles will not be accepted. The Shire of Wiluna does not intend to submit a tender.
Deadline for Tenders to be submitted is 2.00pm WST, Tuesday, November 3 2015.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
