Tender Description
Bertoldi Architects Pty Ltd. Expressions of Interest - Lourdes Hill College Centre of Professional Excellence (COPE).
Building firms are invited to submit written Expressions of Interest for consideration in a selected tender.
The works shall include:
* 340sqm new construction and lift.
* 225sqm refurbishment.
* Associated external works.
A separate demolition contract will be completed by others over the 2015 Christmas School Holidays to create access plus preparation of building zone.
Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 19 November 2015 (closing on 17 December 2015), with work to commence early February 2016 for completion early September 2016.
Applicants should forward their submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.
Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
