SLF/01/2015 - Management and Operation of Logan Metro Sports Park

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council is seeking a suitably experienced, equipped and qualified operator/s for the ongoing management and operation of the Logan Metro Sports Park located at 339 - 355 Browns Plains Road, Heritage Park.

Council is currently redeveloping the Logan Metro Sports Park with the objective to provide quality sporting facilities which cater to the needs of local sporting organisations as well as providing a premier field to attract major sporting events and activities to the City of Logan. This enhanced sport and recreation precinct will, in future, achieve the following project priorities:

* State/regional standard facility with the ability to attract high level events;
* Economic benefits to the City;
* Recreational opportunities for the community;
* Provision of a multi-sports hub; and
* Provision of a sporting destination within this precinct.

It is anticipated that all facilities will be constructed and ready for use by early 2017.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via any medium, including but not limited to LG Tenderbox Forum, is 5:00pm Thursday, 5 November 2015. Any questions submitted after this date will not receive a response.
