Construction of the Narangba - Transfer Facility Building

⁠⁠⁠Offers are invited for the execution and completion of the Works described below in accordance with the Drawings and Specification supplied herewith, the Conditions of Tender, MBRC’s Special Conditions of Contract, MBRCs Major Works Contract referencing AS2124-1992 supplied herein and any other information issued by the Principal for the purposes of tendering.

The works comprises, but not limited to: The construction of a new structural slab and footings to house the new recycling facility, the building will have a structural steel frame, purlins, roof, external cladding and a specially constructed internal wall for the operators machinery to push up the recyclable material for stockpiling and distribution.

The works also include the civil works with subgrade supply and compaction to 400mm below the underside of construction levels, demolition of existing roads and reinstatement of new, including but not limited to; power supply upgrades, switchboards, data, comms, and water reticulation including fire services, with a new connection to be arranged by the contractor for the new hydrant main.
