Provision of Catering Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the provision of Catering Services for cocktail party style functions and / or informal buffet style functions and / or formal Civic Dinners, including table service.

Tenderers may choose to tender for one or more catering style and should indicate in the price schedule the minimum number of service(s) they are prepared to supply.

An optional site inspection will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday, 21 October 2015 at City of Belmont Civic Centre, 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale. Prospective Tenderers will not need to view the current premises and equipment to be eligible to submit a tender.
