Builders are invited to register their interest in being placed on a tender list for the construction of an Early Childhood Centre for Shearwater the Mullumbimby Steiner School in Mullumbimby, NSW.
The project involves the construction of: Two single storey buildings, a sealed car park, earthworks for site drainage and associated external works and services.
Each building contains two classrooms and associated stores, toilets, offices and exposed timber framed verandahs. The buildings are 677 sq m with 454sq m of verandahs. The car park is approx 1500 sq m Prospective tenderers are to provide details of recent projects together with references and trade and banking details.
