Private Developers - Social Housing Purchase Program

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for sale off the plan purchase of new two bedroom units that are suitable for low income Tasmanians.
 
Units in complexes of up to around five per project, are being sought across the State, with a particular focus in the North and North West.
 
Given the nature of the proposed client group, accessible design is critical and as a minimum all units must meet Housing Tasmania’s Policy for Housing Design - Minimum Standards for Social Housing. It is also highly desirable that where possible units are compliant with the Adaptable Housing Units housing standard AS4299, Class C.
