FCMU2015.16-004 is a Request for Offer (RFO) to purchase additional planned respite care hours for community based organisations for people who have a formal or probable diagnosis of dementia and/or neurological degenerative conditions and whose carers are either participating or seeking to participate in paid or unpaid work related activities and are experiencing difficulties due to the respite hours available.

Offers must be lodged using the 360ProTM Procurement Portal (https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/Public/FCMUprod/PublicJobs.aspx) which is a secure system hosted and supported within Australia with features that enable online tender submission and evaluation.
The 360ProTM Online Tender System is a third party provided online portal that the Department of Health has selected to use for various social services procurement activities. 360ProTM is able to be accessed using Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 9+. Offerors do not pay to use 360ProTM, just register on behalf of your organisation, log in, and begin compiling a Response, generically referred to in 3360ProTM as a ‘Job’ under Job Management.
