Aircrew CBRN Individual Protection - Pre Tender Release Industry Brief

⁠⁠⁠This notice is to advise industry of the opportunity to attend an industry brief in Adelaide on 5th of November 2015, prior to the release of tender documentation seeking to acquire individual CBRND protective clothing/garments/equipment for use by ADF aircrew only. This activity is associated with LAND 2110 PH1B, but will address those objectives not included by any previously released tender processes.

This industry brief may also present an opportunity for suppliers (Tier 1 and below) to establish mutual contact in order to satisfy the objectives of tender solicitation, including the Australian Industry Capability program requirements.

The Commonwealth intends to only consider Prime Tender responses that address the supply and support (life of type) of the required CBRND capability. It is possible that more than one solution may be required to satisfy the various aircraft types.

Solicitation release to industry is estimated to occur in early December 2015.  Important additional information relating to the industry brief and registration process is contained within the attached document.
