Tender Description
The Parklands Project is split in to 3 separate works areas;
* Work Area 1 consisting of Lots A & B
* Work Area 2 consisting of Lots C & D
* Work Area 3 consisting of Lot F
For the purpose of tendering the above work area splits are indicative only.
The final awarding of the works packages may result in multiple subcontractors undertaking various packages across the works areas. This will ultimately be determined based on subcontractor capability and competiveness of pricing.

2. Roof
3. Entry Awnings
4. Tiled balconies
5. Planters
6. Flood walls
7. Movement joints
8. Carparks / ramps
Internal
1. Tiled wet areas
2. Plant rooms – Comms / Mech / Elec / Pool
3. Water tanks
4. Spoon drains
5. Substation
6. Basement floors / ramps
