Banora Point Reservoir Rehabilitation

⁠⁠⁠This offer has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide structural and protective coatings rehabilitation works to the Banora Point Reservoir (corner of Terranora Road and Banora Hills Drive). Works include but are not limited to:

* Removal and disposal of the existing external access stairs and platform
* Removal and disposal of the existing internal platform, internal ladder, internal float switch tube, internal water level indicator, and all associated support structures, fixtures and fittings
* Removal of existing access door and manhole into roof, and re-sheeting these areas as required
* Removal and refixing of aluminium wall sheeting
* Supply and installation of aluminium angle flashing to base of wall sheeting
* Design, supply and installation of new secure external access structure
* Design, supply and installation of new upper (roof) working platform including roof access hatch, sensor hatches and handrails
* Design, supply and installation of new internal ladder
* Design, supply and installation of roof ventilation including Inlet Vents
* Design, supply and installation of new lifting/confined space rescue davit arm
* Design, supply and installation of a 450mm diameter Two Way Directional Inlet/Outlet
* Remove all welding tags from the reservoir floor and walls, including preparation of existing welding defects
* Welded supports special treatment - repair after blasting if required
* Preparation and painting of all internal steel wall surfaces of the reservoir
* Preparation and painting of all steel floor surfaces of the reservoir
* Preparation and painting of all external steel surfaces of the reservoir (including all surfaces of the top stiffening ring)
* Preparation and coating the inside and outside of the inlet/outlet pipe, scour pipe and overflow pipe
* Continuity testing
* Any necessary ventilation and confined space equipment etc. to undertake works
* Any necessary scaffolding and materials handling equipment such as cranes, etc., to undertake works
* Installation and removal of suitable safety fencing and signage for worksite
* Waste management
* Collection, creation and supply of WAE information
