Ergon Energy is calling for Expressions of Interest for the purchase and collection of approximately 4600 redundant, chemically treated hardwood timber poles per annum. Applicants are requested to state their capability and capacity to provide an end to end solution for the purchase and collection of Redundant, Chemically Treated Hardwood Timber Poles. All redundant poles have the potential to be recycled. It is a mandatory requirement that offers submitted must be on the basis that all available redundant poles are collected either from the nominated locations or an alternate method as suggested by the Applicant.

This process has two (2) stages. Applicants who successfully demonstrate compliance with the key criteria for Stage 1 will be evaluated and shortlisted for promotion to the next stage.
Stage 1 - Pre-qualification in the form of an Expression of Interest
Stage 2 - Short-listed Applicants may be invited under closed tender conditions to submit a Tender for the purchase and collection of Redundant, Chemically Treated Hardwood Timber Poles offered by Ergon Energy.
