Fitout for the New Dulwich Hill Library, Dulwich Hill

⁠⁠⁠Council has acquired a 260 sqm tenancy on the ground floor of a new development at 362–372 New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill. Council is planning to fitout the tenancy for a new library.

Tenders for the work will be called in November with fitout works planned to commence in February 2016.

Council is therefore seeking EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced construction firms able to undertake the building works.

All questions should be lodged through Tenders Online before the 30th of October at 2pm. Any queries made after this date cannot be guaranteed a response.
