The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the selection, supply and shelf ready processing of library materials in accordance with this request for tender. The agreement is for a period of three (years) with an option to extend for an additional one (1) two (2) year option, at the Councils discretion.

The tenderer will be required to:
* Select and purchase books, talking books, CDs, DVDs and other library materials through profiles provided by the Library
* Supply and deliver materials to all City of Sydney Libraries
* Catalogue and deliver bibliographic records supplied by the tenderer and
* Shelf ready processing
