Construction & Installation of New Weighbridges, Modular Office Building and Associated Civil Works at the Sustainable Resource Centre corner Hassall St & Widemere Rd Wetherill Park.
Council is seeking professional organisations that can provide a high standard of capability in the Construction and Installation of New Weighbridges, Modular Office Building and associated Civil Works for the Sustainable Resource Centre corner of Hassall Street and Widemere Road Wetherill Park.
The project seeks to upgrade new weighbridge system at Sustainable Resource Centre, corner of Hassall St and Widemere Rd, Wetherill Park. The works involve construction of new foundation for new weighbridge including excavate, supply and install concrete reinforcement, install council supplied wheel wash and cattle grid, install council supplied modular office building including connecting water, sewer, electrical, phone line and IT services.
The Tenderers when submitting their response to Council RFT are to follow the requirements of Part E Returnable Schedule and are NOT to send a PDF Booklet of all the Information. The Tenderers are required to send through as requested in the Part E Returnable Schedule, separate documents/ files for the following Part E:
* Insurance Certificate
* Work Health Safety Management System
* Quality & Environmental management System
* Schedule of Plant
* Construction Programme
* Personnel Curriculum Vitae
* Pricing Schedule
If your responses is not submitted in the required format this may delay your submission being evaluated or set aside as per Part B Conditions of Tendering clause 3.2 Content and Format Requirements.
Tender close at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 4 November 2015 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time.
