The Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) through the business unit One-Stop Shop Strategy & Implementation Office (OSSSIO) is conducting an Invitation to Offer (ITO) for a Omni-channel capable Point of Sale (Omni-POS) Solution & System Integration Services.
The objective is to establish a GITC General Order with Supplier(s) for a Omni-POS Solution & System Integration Services to accommodate growth in counter locations and which will be accessible through a range of devices. The Omni-POS solution will be flexible and responsive to the changing payment landscape, including support for new payment methods. The Omni-POS Solution is to replace Smart Service Queensland’s (SSQ) existing end-of-life counter POS system.
