Tender Description
The Parklands Project is split in to 3 separate works areas;
* Work Area 1 consisting of Lots A & B
* Work Area 2 consisting of Lots C & D
* Work Area 3 consisting of Lot F
For the purpose of tendering the above work area splits are indicative only.
The final awarding of the works packages may result in multiple subcontractors undertaking various packages across the works areas. This will ultimately be determined based on subcontractor capability and competiveness of pricing.
Scope of Works for the Tiling comprises of:
1. Installation Only (Tile supply by others)
2. Bathroom Tiling
3. Kitchen Tiling
4. Balcony Tiling
5. Public lobbies and communal Amenities
6. Wet area waterproofing
It is anticipated that these works will commence May 2016.
